Can someone please explain to Me how we are more than competitive against teams in the top 5 , home or away , and yet we lose at home against the likes of Concord , Chippenham and now of all people Hungerford  I can only guess more pressure against teams like Concord, Chippenham and Hungerford at home where we are expected to win, whereas not expected to do well against the top 5 so pressure off🤔 I think it's more to do with the "better sides" expecting to win and playing further up and "lesser sides" play to not lose and play deeper and nick something when they can. Our problem is we're neither of those, and have been not good enough in most departments. |

That's it for this season ladies and gents.
Back to the southern league, a repeat of our last double relegation.
I guess we'll be back in another 10 years or so to repeat the process again.

i know we will have all the ranters and ravers on in a bit,but its done now,lets have a big clear out ,beat dorchester twice ,regroup,win league,forget about this season ,it will allbe good again , I am all for optimism, I still hold a very slim hope we can still escape but tonight has majorly crushed that. Its mathematically possible, but we just can't string a number of games together. So that won't change next year, we won't win the league but top half should be a minimum requirement |

Utterly crap squad lacking in self respect , we are going down . Massive clear out needed . I mean come on , 2-5 at home to Hungerford ? That’s worse than my worst nightmare . I’m embarrassed to admit to being a WFC supporter and I don’t remember ever saying that before |

Well no doubt in my mind BW and his team will need to up the ante next season to justify the contract extension otherwise I just can’t see the fans accepting more mediocre football like they have for the past 3 seasons.

I feel sorry for good people like Simon and Paul having to play with the scraps that got left behind when the previous motley crew left the ship. Well, for the first 20 minutes in the second half I thought Weymouth looked the much better team and we were going to go on and win it. I think replacing a defender with a half fit striker was a dubious decision and so it worked out.
Very, very poor on the whole. Nobody covered themselves in glory tonight. Hungerford clearly want to stay up, most of our players looked like they aren't fussed either way. You can't go conceding 5 goals at home to the team at the bottom. So, we've dropped below them now. Probably deservedly so.

Absolutely awful total bottle job there needs to be a massive clear out clearly these jokers don't want to/can't do the job we need a solid spine from goalie to centre forward someone with leadership skills.Bobby needs to up his game big time next season, having been here since October I would have hoped he would have sorted it out by now

I don’t believe the Manager is blameless in all of this. He has been in post since September, has been allowed to bring in players and signed more on loan. He allowed Cam Murray to go out on loan despite, in my opinion, a player who always gives 100%. Some of the tactics have also been questionable.
Wherever we play next season we do know that Bobby will still be in charge and he definitely has to start dishing up a lot better than we have seen this season.
